Eleven principles and values of the code of conduct represent the foundations for the sustainability management system and processes at WorléeNaturProdukte GmbH. We take compliance with these eleven principles and values extremely seriously and expect responsible conduct not only from our employees, but also from our suppliers and business partners around the globe. This is why our principles are an inherent part of our supplier management and are therefore binding for our suppliers and pre-suppliers.
In order to ensure compliance with our sustainability requirements, we carry out regular quality and sustainability audits at our suppliers’ premises worldwide. Through our meticulous evaluation of conditions and circumstances in the countries of origin, we pursue the continuous and systematic improvement of health, safety and working standards as well as environmental impact. Wherever possible, we also offer our suppliers guidance and support in their continuous improvement and the implementation of corrective measures that result from our assessment.
Worlée NaturProdukte GmbH is committed to combating all forms of corruption, bribery and anti-competitive behaviour. Any conduct that involves unfair business practices will not be tolerated. Gifts and invitations are only permitted in business relationships if such benefits are appropriate and clearly incapable of influencing decision-making.
