Ultra-fine titanium dioxide, after-treated rutile pigment, hydrophilic, exhibits excellent transparency and offers extremely high UV-shielding capacity, high weather resistance, gloss stability as well as chalking resistance, is used e.g. for optical effects such as the so-called flipflop effect.
