Within our three business areas—Chemical Raw Materials, Natural Raw Materials, and Cosmetic Raw Materials—we offer various apprenticeship positions that will individually develop your skills. In vocational school, you will receive the necessary tools to directly apply what you have learned in practice at the company. A dedicated team will support and guide you intensively in your tasks and actively involve you in the daily operations. Depending on the apprenticeship position, we offer you the opportunity to complete an internship abroad with one of our subsidiaries, provided you perform well. This way, you can gain valuable experiences that will benefit you both professionally and personally.
Worlée-Chemie awarded as a “TOP Training Company” "Innovation and sustainability" – this is what Worlée-Chemie has stood for for many years. We are particularly pleased to have been honored as a "TOP Training Company" by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK) in Lübeck in 2024 in this category. The award is given to companies that demonstrate great commitment and high quality in training. In addition to our own training laboratory, our apprentices go through all departments to ultimately land in the department where they will be employed after completing their training.
