To ensure incomparable tea enjoyment at all times, we work in partnership with suppliers from the countries of origin.Whether East Frisian Klönschnack, Japanese tea ceremony or high tea in England – for us, the love of tea knows no boundaries. For this reason, we source our raw materials from all over the world to ensure a high degree of innovation as well as extreme creativity. Hibiscus from Nigeria, rooibos from South Africa or rosehip from Chile - through our long-standing partnerships with our suppliers, we guarantee that only high-quality raw materials are further refined in our facilities. We buy goods of the highest quality standards that are available all year round. In addition, our experts regularly travel to the countries of origin to convince themselves of the quality on site and to share their know-how. In this context, we also support numerous organic and fair trade projects.

All efforts in the producing countries promise an excellent raw product, which we further refine to achieve our ambitious goals for quality and enjoyment. For this purpose, we have designed our own quality management system, certified by DIN EN ISO 22000, FSSC 2000 and HACCP, which guarantees the highest quality thanks to state-of-the-art technology combined with manual work. We offer this quality in blends, assortment concepts and single raw materials. We are pleased to provide many raw materials in organic and fairtrade quality, such as green tea from Sri Lanka.
